I accidently puncture a hole in the neck of the garbage disposal, what is the best way to fix it?

When you say the "neck" of the garbage disposal, did you mean the "splash guard", as shown in this photo:

Also if I order the filange will the washer come with it? What other parts to I need to order to replace?

Dear Tyson:

You should double check with whoever you are ordering the flange from, to see if the gasket needs to be ordered separately.

Also, you will need some plumber's putty for when you are re-installing the new flange.
